Our founder, Richard, has 27 years of B2B technology sales experience. He has enjoyed successes at Commercial Group, Star Technology (MessageLabs), Oracle, Claranet, Pulsant, Palo Alto Networks, and Fujitsu.

 

He has worked with many customers across multiple industry sectors. He has also started and sold two businesses himself.  

He has recruited, coached, and mentored salespeople who have achieved outstanding success. He has been coached and mentored by amazing sales leaders. His experience and the training he has taken on proven sales methodologies from MEDDIC and Miller Heiman have been used to create Hunter & Farmer.

Richard has managed and grown enterprise accounts. He is a new business person at heart. Within our company, he is the hunter! Over his career, he has won, lost, and qualified out of lots of opportunities, gaining invaluable experience in what works well and what doesn't!

He understands sales and is experienced in his field, having competed in many of the types of opportunities you and your team will be working on. He takes a measured and methodical approach to sales management and coaching, which has delivered outstanding results for him and the people he has coached.  

 

Hunter & Farmer was started with no clients and no pipeline. We are prospecting and selling every day. ​​
